Leather lamination

We pay special attention to the implementation of new technologies. Recently, we launched a machine for laminating leather with other materials. This opens up the possibility of creating multilayer, functional solutions for your production, as well as developing new directions in the design of your products.

We already laminate:

genuine leather with eco-lining;
fur with felt;
fur with texon;
memory foam with texon;
mesh with EVA.

We can also create other options according to your exclusive requests.

Our Production

Our production facility is a modern complex, founded in 2017, which combines artisanal precision with industrial standards. We control quality at every stage of production — from raw material selection to the finished product.

All key processes take place on equipment from Italy and Germany, provided by leading companies in the leather industry such as Gemata, Bergi (OPB), Ger Elettronica, Mostardini, Pajusco Techologie, Thum GmbH, and others. This allows us to achieve consistent quality, high productivity, and flexibility when working with different types of leather.

Among the key stages of our production:

selection and sorting of raw materials;
dyeing and finishing;
embossing, sanding, cutting;
control of thickness, color, elasticity, and strength.

All leather undergoes strict quality control. We ensure not only external aesthetics but also the durability and long-lasting performance of each item.
